The Cat Laughs is probably one of the most anticipated festivals on the calander in Kilkenny. Every year a host of comedians from all over the country and the world to a visit to the medival city.
Starting as a small few comedy shows back in 1995, it has since exploded and is internationally acclaimed festival. Comedians such as Tommy Tiernan, Jason Byrne, Andrew Maxwell and so so many more has given fantastic Proformance's in the past. Sunday afternoon’s football match between Irish comedians and “the Rest of the World” becomes a bigger attraction every year. All the shows feature throughout lots of different venues across Kilkenny, and some even in our Langtons Ballroom and our Set Theatre.
