ROOMS

• Club/ Quad Rooms are located above the Main Bar. (Subject to Noise)
• On Friday, Saturday nights & Bank Holiday Sundays, there may be a late bar until 02:00. Some rooms may be affected by noise.
• Please be aware that all guests will be held liable to extra charges arising from damage caused by smoking or any other incidents that might happen throughout your stay.
• Guests are also liable for an additional charge should there be excessive noise after midnight resulting in the disturbance of other guests. Your card will be charged for an amount proportionate to the damage caused in either case.
• This property may host on-site functions and some rooms may be affected by noise.

PAYMENT

• Your credit card details are required to guarantee the reservation; however, no charge will be made at the time of booking (*excluding prepaid offers). Reservations cancelled outside of cancellation policy will incur a penalty equivalent to a one night’s stay which will be deducted from the credit card provided at the time of booking.
• The property reserves the right to pre-authorise / charge cards prior to arrival. Should the card decline, they also reserve the right to advise of this accordingly and request cancellation of the booking within the cancellation policy.
• For prepaid offers the full amount will be taken from the card provided at the time of booking and is non-refundable and non-transferable
• Full payment will be taken up to 24hrs prior to arrival on all bookings excluding pre-paid bookings.
• Cash payments are welcome in our hotel. If you choose to pay in cash upon arrival, you must verify your card with boi prior to the arrival date. 
• The hotel reserves the right to process payment on the card provided at time of booking. If the payment is unsuccessful, the booking shall be rendered null & void.

GROUP BOOKINGS

All group bookings require a deposit. For details, please contact the reservations department. The amount will be taken from your card at the time of booking and is non-refundable & non-transferable. 50% non-refundable payment is due 4 weeks in advance. The remainder of the balance is due 2 weeks in advance after which 100% of the payment is non-refundable.

SMOKING RESTRICTIONS

Properties enforce strict non-smoking policies across all indoor rooms and public spaces, with deep-cleaning fees (such as €200) applied for violations.

CHILDREN

Child rates apply. Cots / Camp Beds are available on request but cannot be guaranteed.

Children 0 – 3 Free of charge

Children 4 – 12 €35 per child / night

Children 13-16 €50.00 per child / night
